Recently, the Provincial Market Supervision Administration released the “2024 List of Key Enterprises for Cultivating High-End Brands (Manufacturing) in Shandong Province,” and Zhonglian Industrial was successfully included.

On December 18, Shen Xiaoyong, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Disabled Persons’ Federation, led a delegation to the company to conduct a research visit on the “Beautiful Workshop” initiative. Accompanying them were Wu Dezhu, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Municipal Disabled Persons’ Federation, along with Vice Chairman Sui Jingwen; Ma Ji, Member of the Standing Committee of the Muping District Party Committee and Minister of Organization; Bu Zhaohui, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the District Disabled Persons’ Federation; and Jiang Xuelian, President of the company, who all joined in the tour.

Liu Jie, Deputy Director of the Social Work Department of the Yantai Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the “Two New” Working Committee, led a delegation of social work department leaders from various counties and county-level cities in Yantai. Accompanied by Liu Haihua, Member of the Standing Committee of the Muping District Party Committee, Head of the United Front Work Department, and Head of the Social Work Department, they visited Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd. The Party Working Committee of the Muping Development Zone, together with the Party branch of Zhonglian Industrial, conducted an on-site briefing and organized a field tour.

On September 6, the company held an awards ceremony to recognize August’s innovation achievements and to honor winners of the Production Department’s skills competition. During the event, progress and outcomes of both the August innovation initiatives and the skills competition were reviewed, followed by presentations from outstanding employees and team leaders, enabling all staff to learn from one another.

On August 30, the company held its monthly reading and innovation review event. During the event, Executive Vice President Hao Zhiying presented a summary report on the company’s reading and learning activities for August and also outlined the reading plan for September. She encouraged employees to share their insights and comments on the platform, thereby bringing knowledge to life.

On August 16, Comrade Wu Dezhu, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Yantai Municipal Federation of Persons with Disabilities, led officials from the municipal federation and the district-level federations on a visit to Zhonglian. Accompanying them were Comrade Ma Ji, Member of the Standing Committee of the Muping District CPC Committee and Head of the Organization Department; Comrade Bu Zhaohui, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Muping District Federation of Persons with Disabilities; Comrade Yu Shui, Vice Chairman of the Muping District Federation of Persons with Disabilities; and Hao Zhiying, Executive Vice President of Zhonglian Industrial.

On May 17, 2024, Zhonglian Industrial responded to the call of the 34th National “Promoting Employment for Persons with Disabilities and Co‑Creating a Brighter Future” Disability Support Day, joining forces with the Party Branch of the Muping District Management Committee and the District Management Committee’s Trade Union to organize a Disability Support Day event themed “Inclusion of Persons with and without Disabilities: Together Building a Vibrant and Beautiful Home.”

On May 16, the internship and practicum base for college students with disabilities in Yantai City was established in Muping District, with the unveiling ceremony held at Yantai Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd. Attending the event were Bu Zhaohui, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Muping District Disabled Persons’ Federation; Yu Shui, Vice Chairman of the Muping District Disabled Persons’ Federation; Jiang Xuelian, Chairwoman of Yantai Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd.; representatives of college graduates with disabilities; and heads of relevant departments within the federation.
