On May 20, 2018, Yantai Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd. held an event to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, extending the company’s care and condolences to its employees with disabilities. In addition to offering support to people with disabilities in the community, the company organized a special initiative: holders of disability certificates could visit designated discount stores to receive generous gifts free of charge. For those with employment aspirations, on-the-spot recruitment and hiring were conducted. This effort not only upheld the traditional Chinese virtue of supporting the vulnerable and assisting persons with disabilities but also helped create opportunities and a brighter future for them. The company provides year-round job opportunities in areas such as cutting, sewing, quilting, ironing, and packaging, offering employment assistance to impoverished individuals with disabilities who have both the ability and the desire to work.
