On September 15, a region-wide conference on high-quality development was held. Attending leaders conducted a集中观摩 (intensive on-site inspection) of 21 projects across the region and paid a visit to Zhonglian Industrial in the afternoon of the 15th to offer guidance.

The district leaders provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s mask‑production project, which was completed in just two months with an investment of approximately… With an investment of RMB 20 million, the company has built a 2,000-square-meter Class 100,000 cleanroom for medical devices and commissioned eight production lines for medical masks, achieving a daily output of 1.6 million units. Annual revenue is projected at RMB 100 million, with taxes and profits totaling RMB 11 million. The company has successfully obtained registration certificates for single-use medical masks and medical surgical masks, as well as a medical device manufacturing license; it has also achieved ISO 13485:2016 certification for its medical device quality management system, secured CE and FDA approvals, and completed European Economic Area (EAE) notified body registration. These efforts have enabled the company to contribute Chinese expertise to global pandemic prevention and control, earning unanimous praise and recognition from the attending leaders.
