The 2021 Year-End Summary and 2022 Goals Kickoff Meeting Concluded Successfully.

12 On the 31st of the month, Yantai Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd. held a grand year-end summary meeting for 2021 and a kickoff event to launch its 2022 objectives.

For more than two decades since its founding, the company has remained true to its original aspiration and mission of “following the Party’s leadership and advancing with the times.” At the outset of the annual meeting, all employees joined together in singing “Without the Communist Party, There Would Be No New China.” With high spirits and smartly attired, they brought the song’s simple, flowing melody, resolute, powerful rhythm, and soaring, clear vocals to life, vividly showcasing the Zhonglian family’s positive and uplifting spirit.

Under the leadership and guidance of President Jiang Xuelian, Zhonglian Industrial has steadily grown—from nothing to something, from modest beginnings to substantial scale, and from size to strength. Together with every member of the Zhonglian team, she has braved hardships, stood united through thick and thin, worked in concert with one heart and one mind, and forged ahead with unwavering determination, creating a legendary legacy in the home‑textiles industry.

Meanwhile, model and exemplary individuals have emerged across all positions, serving as role models for the Zhonglian team. Department heads expressed their gratitude for the hard work these employees have dedicated and presented awards on the spot, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence in the year ahead.

Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd. upholds the team spirit of “When everyone stands united, success is within reach,” and has advanced hand in hand to achieve remarkable accomplishments. Behind these achievements, the company never forgets each and every Zhonglian employee who has shared both triumphs and challenges, grown together, and made selfless contributions.

The company’s business units also solemnly pledged their 2022 plans. Jiang Xiubin, Vice President of the International Business Division; Zhang Yunju, Marketing Director of the Business Unit; and Jiang Hongli, Vice President of the Production Department, each took to the stage to sign the 2022 Performance Accountability Agreements with President Jiang Xuelian. Meanwhile, the service department confidently declared, “We demand results—no excuses,” as all employees united in pledging that customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. The atmosphere at the event was electric.
