Repositioning, striving for improvement, and helping Zhonglian set sail once again!!!

On August 2, Yantai Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd. invited Teacher Qi Wei, a profit‑driving instructor from Changqing Industrial Group, to conduct an in‑house training session.   

In the morning, Li Dan, General Manager of the Yantai Branch of Changqing Industrial Group, together with Profit Instructor Teacher Qi Wei, conducted a preliminary on-site assessment of the company. Through one-on-one discussions with President Jiang Xuelian and senior executives, they gained a clear understanding of the company’s development strategy and current operational status. They also toured the company’s international and domestic showrooms, where they praised the products’ stylish, sophisticated designs, meticulous craftsmanship, and forward‑looking strategic vision.

In the afternoon, the training session was officially launched with a series of warm-up activities. President Jiang Xuelian delivered a speech, briefly outlining the opportunities and challenges facing the company and emphasizing the professional qualities employees should cultivate to meet them. She urged all staff to remain humble in their learning, think critically, and adopt appropriate methods to work efficiently. She also extended her heartfelt gratitude to Manager Li Dan and Instructor Qi Wei for joining the event.

During the training, participants were divided into teams and assessed at each stage; the top three teams were recognized on the spot and awarded cash prizes, with President Jiang Xuelian personally presenting the awards.
