The Yantai Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Muping District Federation of Trade Unions’ “Sunflower” Care Initiative has arrived in Yantai.

On the morning of August 13, Yantai Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd. hosted a special visit by the “Sunflower” Care Initiative group, jointly organized by the Yantai Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Muping District Federation of Trade Unions, which came to our company to deliver its first lecture.

This lecture features NLP-certified psychological counselor, Teacher Dong Bo, who will present “Self-Integration,” offering a popular‑science sharing session on mental well-being.

Teacher Dong Bo delved into the root causes of issues by analyzing and explaining them from a surface‑level perspective, helping participants uncover the essence of the problems. The entire course was clear and accessible, fostering a sense of relaxation while effectively engaging everyone’s enthusiasm and initiative.

President Jiang Xuelian stated that, during this event, the Muping District Federation of Trade Unions extended its support to the trade union organization of Zhonglian Company. With the care of our “family,” going forward, the company’s trade union will maintain close ties with the Muping District Federation of Trade Unions, continuously organize a variety of activities, and ensure that employees can work happily and live a fulfilling life.
