The “New Era, New Atmosphere, New Achievements” publicity campaign has made its way to Yisi Nong!!!

On September 6, the District Women’s Federation and the Zhonglian Industrial Enterprise Women’s Federation jointly held the launch ceremony for the “New Era, New Atmosphere, New Achievements” publicity campaign in Muping District.    

At the ceremony, Company President Jiang Xuelian extended her heartfelt congratulations on the successful holding of this event. She also expressed sincere gratitude to the leaders of the District Women’s Federation for their support and recognition of the Zhonglian Industrial Women’s Federation’s work, and warmly thanked Teacher Xing Ying for taking time out of her busy schedule to deliver another lecture, thereby further elevating our ideological outlook.

Comrade Cao Yunzhi, Chairwoman of the District Women’s Federation, delivered a speech in which she pointed out: In the new era… New momentum, new achievements: With the government’s support for enterprises, we will comprehensively enhance the overall competence of employees and promote their physical and mental well-being. In addition, Xing Ying, Party Secretary and Head of the Department of Art Design and Public Administration at Yantai Vocational and Technical College, has been appointed as a “Women’s Speaker for New-Era Civilizational Practice” and presented with an appointment certificate. She then delivered a lecture titled “Self‑Psychological Adjustment Through Moral Wisdom” to all employee representatives of Zhonglian Industrial.

In this lecture, Teacher Xing Ying adopts a fresh perspective—self‑cultivation of moral wisdom—to address the negative emotions we frequently encounter in daily life, such as anxiety, worry, fear, inner conflict, complaining, gloom, and irritability, and explores… Drawing on core elements of psychological well-being—such as wisdom, authenticity, kindness, joy, openness, inclusiveness, resilience, understanding, and compassion—and grounded in practical work experience and personal growth insights, he engaged in heartfelt dialogue with employees about how to harness moral wisdom for self‑regulation. He encouraged everyone to recognize that the most effective educator and self‑adjuster is oneself, and to learn to cultivate moral wisdom in order to educate and nurture oneself, thereby becoming a person of moral wisdom.
