This lecture features an associate professor from the School of Business at Ludong University, a master’s supervisor in Applied Psychology (Human Resource Management), a senior visiting scholar at Renmin University of China, and a nationally certified career planner as well as an internationally certified… CSA Facilitator — Teacher Wei Yi delivered a lighthearted and enjoyable workshop on “Emotional Management and Happy Work” to the company’s employees.

At the event, attendees actively engaged in interactive discussions, creating a lively atmosphere, with everyone eagerly voicing their opinions. Professor Wei Yi drew on the classic teachings of his colleagues at Tsinghua University… The “Four Questions” were explained in a clear, accessible, and humorous manner, radiating positive energy. Using everyday anecdotes, the session demonstrated that happiness is, in fact, quite simple, teaching participants how to manage their emotions at work and in daily life, promptly identify and address personal psychological concerns, and approach both work and life with a positive, healthy, and forward‑looking mindset—thereby strengthening the company’s team cohesion.
