The Yantai Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Muping District Federation of Trade Unions’ “Sunflower” Care Initiative has arrived in Yantai.

On the morning of August 13, Yantai Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd. specially invited the “Sunflower” Care Action Group, jointly organized by the Yantai Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Muping District Federation of Trade Unions. Teacher Dong Bo delved into the root causes of issues by analyzing and explaining them from a surface‑level perspective, helping participants uncover the essence of the problems. The entire course was clear and accessible, fostering a sense of relaxation while fully engaging everyone’s enthusiasm and initiative.

President Jiang Xuelian stated that, during this event, the Muping District Federation of Trade Unions extended its support to the trade union organization of Zhonglian Company. With the care of our “family,” going forward, the company’s trade union will maintain close ties with the Muping District Federation of Trade Unions, continuously organize a variety of activities, and ensure that employees can work happily and live a fulfilling life.

Zhang Hui, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women’s Federation, delivered an important address. In her speech, Chairwoman Zhang highly commended the work of the Provincial Association of Women Entrepreneurs, offered a thorough analysis of the current economic development landscape in our province, and set forth clear expectations and aspirations for women entrepreneurs and the association, emphasizing five key qualities: diligent learning, bold innovation, a strong sense of responsibility, a spirit of dedication, and a compassionate heart.
     
Chairman Zhang hopes that the broad ranks of women entrepreneurs will study diligently and become clear‑headed, discerning leaders; boldly innovate and pave the way for quality improvement and efficiency gains; courageously shoulder responsibilities and take the lead in women‑led entrepreneurship; willingly dedicate themselves and be warm‑hearted benefactors who bring joy to others; and, with deep care and compassion, serve as trusted confidants for happy families. He urges them to consciously integrate their business and personal development into the overarching national strategy of transforming old growth drivers into new ones across the province, and to contribute, through concrete actions, to building a strong economic and cultural province in the new era. He also calls on women’s federations at all levels and women entrepreneurs’ associations to guide women entrepreneurs in heeding the Party’s call and following its leadership, while strengthening services and enhancing their effectiveness to elevate the overall performance of these organizations.
