A Distinguished Woman at the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association’s Annual Conference—President Jiang Xuelian

From September 15 to 17, the Shandong Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association’s annual conference and a forum on sharing experiences in transforming old and new growth drivers were held in Qingdao’s West Coast New Area. The event featured briefings on policies related to the transformation of old and new growth drivers and rural revitalization, a session for sharing best practices in this area, and a special lecture titled “The Power of Aesthetics.” Participants also visited model enterprises that have successfully implemented this transformation. Attending the conference were Zhang Hui, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women’s Federation; Li Fengli, Director and District Mayor of the Qingdao West Coast New Area Administrative Committee; Liu Qinghua, Chairwoman of the Qingdao Municipal Women’s Federation; and Tan Lixia, Executive Vice President of the Haier Group and President of the Shandong Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association.
                         

Ms. Jiang Xuelian, President of Yantai Zhonglian Industrial Co., Ltd., attended the conference as a representative of female entrepreneurs from Yantai City and showcased Zhonglian Industrial’s latest products at the event. “The Yisi Nongzhen Premium Experience Hall” has garnered widespread attention and high praise from female entrepreneur representatives across the province.

Tan Lixia, Executive Vice President of the Haier Group and President of the Shandong Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, heaped praise on the products of Yisi Nong Zhen Xuan Guan.

Zhang Hui, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women’s Federation, delivered an important address. In her speech, Chairwoman Zhang highly commended the work of the Provincial Association of Women Entrepreneurs, offered a thorough analysis of the current economic development landscape in our province, and set forth clear expectations and aspirations for women entrepreneurs and the association, emphasizing five key qualities: diligent learning, bold innovation, a strong sense of responsibility, a spirit of dedication, and deep compassion.

Chairman Zhang hopes that the broad ranks of women entrepreneurs will study diligently and become clear‑headed, discerning leaders; boldly innovate and pave the way for quality improvement and efficiency gains; courageously shoulder responsibilities and take the lead in women‑led entrepreneurship; willingly dedicate themselves and be warm‑hearted benefactors who bring joy to others; and, with deep care and compassion, serve as trusted confidants for happy families. He calls on them to consciously integrate their business and personal development into the overarching national strategy of transforming old growth drivers into new ones across the province, contributing their strength to building a strong economic and cultural province in the new era through concrete actions. He also urges women’s federations at all levels and women entrepreneurs’ associations to guide women entrepreneurs in heeding the Party’s call and following its leadership, while strengthening services and delivering tangible results to elevate the work of women entrepreneurs’ associations.
